Once you’ve chosen your plot, we’ll take care of the entire relocation process for you. Our team will liaise directly with your existing park to arrange for your holiday home to be safely disconnected and prepared for collection. We’ll then organise the transportation to Oaklands Park and professionally site your home on its new plot, connecting it to all mains services. We’ll also connect your TV aerial and set up the park’s Wi-Fi with a router, arrange all required gas and electrical safety tests, and finish by washing the exterior of your holiday home so it’s ready for you to enjoy straight away.

What is included in the relocation fee?
The fee covers transportation of your holiday home within a 100-mile radius of Oaklands Park, Looe, for homes measuring 13ft or 14ft wide (additional costs may apply for larger homes or longer distances). It also includes full siting on your chosen plot, connection to all mains services, installation of a TV aerial, and a Wi-Fi router installed in your home with no ongoing usage charges. For your peace of mind, all required gas and electrical safety tests are included, along with an external valet to ensure your holiday home is presented at its best.
Are there any savings included?
Yes. As part of the relocation package, you will pay no site fees and no local authority rates for the first 12 months, offering significant savings in your first year at Oaklands Park.
Will I receive a new site licence agreement?
Yes. You will be issued with a new site licence agreement for 25 years, starting from the manufacturer date of your holiday home.
What if my holiday home has decking?
If your holiday home has existing decking, we can help with its removal and refitting. However, the cost for this service would need to be covered by you.
Is there an age limit on holiday homes?
Yes. Unfortunately, if your holiday home is over 10 years old, we are unable to relocate it onto Oaklands Park.
