With a heated pool and resident animals on site, Meadow Lakes is a popular site for holidaymakers of all ages and also allows owners to let out their holiday homes for some extra income.
Step 2 | Come and Visit Us
All the research and video tours in the world are no match for the real thing. You should always make sure you visit the Park to get a feel for the place, it’s atmosphere and the local area – once you’re here, you’ll get a clearer idea of where the Park is situated and where you might be spending your time once here.
Step 3 | Choose Your Holiday Home
When it comes to your new holiday home, there are so many things to consider!
We’ve tried to highlight the main aspects that will help you find the right fit – things such as:
• How many bedrooms do you need? Whilst it’s most common for holiday homes to come with 2 bedrooms,
you might need a third if you’re hosting children and grandchildren.
• What’s your budget? If you’re looking for more space but don’t have the budget for a lodge or new holiday home,
a pre-owned model could be the solution.
• What are you looking for in a pitch? Do you want an unobstructed view of the surroundings, will you have enough space,
is it private enough for you, what’s the parking situation? All these factors might not be deal-breakers, however they are worth

Step 4 | Make it Your Own
Whilst many of our holiday homes are ready to enjoy right away, you might want to work with our team to create something that’s perfect. Whether you want specific appliances, different furniture or wraparound decking, we work with the best manufacturers to create something really special that’s perfect for you.
Once all of this has been decided, we’ll make sure you have a full understanding of the running costs, licence agreement and pitch fees. If you have any questions, you might find the answers in our FAQs and if not, our team is happy to help in any way they can.
Step 5 | Enjoy your new holiday home!
Once a deposit has been made and all the paperwork signed, the holiday home is yours to enjoy! Here at Oaklands, owners can visit 11 months of the year as often as they like! Unlike a residential home, your holiday home is exempt from stamp duty or legal fees and will come completely ready to go – we aim for a stress-free turnkey experience.
