Looe Food Festival – Every June
The Looe Food Festival showcases local produce and local suppliers, allowing visitors to enjoy and sample a true taste of Cornwall. Visitors can sample some wonderful Cornish food and drink and enjoy the chefs demonstrations – collecting recipes to take home. Local produce is for sale. Free admission.
Taking Looe back to the 50s! 2nd – 5th June
Join us in Looe town to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, with amazing events and community activities for residents, businesses and visitors throughout the town. Dress up 50’s, shop 50’s and party 50’s!
Polperro Music Festival – 18th – 26th June
The week long free festival includes plenty of live music, an arts and crafts fair, a comedy night, the lighting of the solstice bonfire, the colourful village carnival and a unique mock mayor choosing ceremony with the winner being wheeled through the town, stopping at each inn before finally being dunked in the sea!
Looe Live! 16th – 18th September
LOOE LIVE! IS A ONE-OF-A-KIND THREE-DAY FESTIVAL, THAT’S MORE OF A FRIENDLY GATHERING, WHERE MUSIC AND ARTS FILL THE STREET IN A WHOLE TOWN TAKE-OVER
Expect international headline artists performing on the main stage on the beach, plus a new beach venue in the festival arena – plus a variety of family-friendly activities and stalls in the Community Zone on Buller Quay, an incredible variety of brilliant musical performances, delicious food, and drink and over 100 pop-up performances in venues all over the town.
