Step 1 | Make sure the park is right for you

Local AttractionsStep 2 | Plan a visit
Research and video tours are fantastic, but if you can, you should always make sure you visit the Park in person to get a feel for the place, it’s atmosphere and the local area. Once you’re here, you’ll get a clearer idea of where the Park is situated, and where you might be spending your time. It's also a good idea to have a chat with the staff on park and the current holiday homeowners, to get a real sense of the friendly and welcoming community on park.

When it comes to your new holiday home, have a think about what you want most from it. We’ve highlighted a few of the main aspects that will help you find the right fit below:
How many bedrooms do you need?
Whilst it’s most common for holiday homes to come with 2 bedrooms, you might need a third if you’re hosting children and grandchildren.
What’s your budget?
If you’re looking for more space but don’t have the budget for a lodge or new holiday home, a pre-owned model could be the solution. We also offer financing.
What are you looking for in a pitch?
Will you have enough space, is it private enough for you, what’s the parking situation? All these factors might not be deal-breakers, however they are certainly worth considering, as you’ll be enjoying your holiday home for years to come!
Step 4 | Make it your own
Whilst many of our holiday homes are ready to enjoy right away at your convenience, you may want to work with our team to find something that’s even more perfect. Whether you want specific appliances, different furniture, or have a particular model in mind, let us know and we will do our best to find something really special that’s perfect for you.

Step 5 | Enjoy your new holiday home!
Once a deposit has been made and all the paperwork signed, the holiday home is yours to enjoy! Here at Oaklands, owners can visit as often as they like for 11-months of the year. Unlike a residential home, your holiday home is exempt from stamp duty or legal fees, and will come completely ready to go. We aim for a stress-free turnkey experience for you, so you can start enjoying your holidays in Cornwall, straight away.
