We now offer two Move On Packages, giving you the flexibility to choose how much of the relocation you would like us to take care of.
Come and meet our friendly and knowledgeable team and explore the plots currently available. We’ll also talk you through the ongoing running costs, including site fees, local authority rates, gas and electricity, so you have a clear understanding of the costs of ownership before making your decision.

If you’re happy to organise the transportation of your holiday home to Oaklands yourself, our Move On package gives you everything you need to secure your place on the park.
Your package includes:
- A choice of available plot at Oaklands Park
- Professional siting of your holiday home onto your chosen plot
- A new site licence agreement for your holiday home
You arrange and pay separately for:
- Transportation of your holiday home to Oaklands Park
- Wi-Fi and router, if required
- Removal, transportation or installation of decking
- Any additional services or work required beyond the siting of your holiday home
- Your normal annual site fees and local authority rates from the start of your agreement

Our Fully Managed Move On package takes care of virtually every stage of relocating your holiday home to Oaklands Park.
Once you’ve selected your plot, our team will liaise with your existing park to arrange for your holiday home to be disconnected and prepared for collection.
We’ll organise transportation to Oaklands Park, professionally site your holiday home on its new plot and connect it to the mains services.

- Transportation to Oaklands Park within a 100-mile radius*
- Professional siting on your chosen plot
- Connection to mains services
- TV aerial connection
- Park Wi-Fi and router with no ongoing usage charge
- Required gas and electrical safety tests
- External valet of your holiday home
- No site fees for your first 12 months
- No local authority rates for your first 12 months
- A new site licence agreement for your holiday home
*Based on holiday homes measuring 13ft or 14ft wide. Additional charges may apply for larger holiday homes or moves from more than 100 miles away.

Our £16,995 Fully Managed Move On package is the easiest way to make Oaklands your new holiday home destination, with our team taking care of the move from collection through to connection.

What does it cost to move my holiday home to Oaklands Park?
We offer two Move On packages.
Our £9,995 Move On package includes the siting of your holiday home on an available plot at Oaklands Park and a new site licence agreement. You arrange and pay for transporting your holiday home to Oaklands, along with any optional or additional services required.
Our £16,995 Fully Managed Move On package includes transportation within a 100-mile radius*, siting, connections and a range of additional services, as well as no site fees or local authority rates for your first 12 months.
What is included in the Move On fee?
The £9,995 package includes professional siting of your holiday home onto your selected available plot at Oaklands Park and a new site licence agreement.
Transportation to Oaklands Park is not included and must be arranged and paid for by you.
Wi-Fi, decking and any other additional services are also not included and would be charged separately if required.
What is included in the Fully Managed Move On fee?
The package includes transportation of your holiday home within a 100-mile radius of Oaklands Park for homes measuring 13ft or 14ft wide.*
It also includes full siting on your chosen plot, connection to mains services, installation of a TV aerial, park Wi-Fi and router with no ongoing usage charge, required gas and electrical safety tests and an external valet.
Are there any savings included?
Yes. If you select our Fully Managed Move On Package, you will pay no site fees and no local authority rates for the first 12 months, offering significant savings in your first year at Oaklands Park.
Will I receive a new site licence agreement?
Yes. With either Move On package, you will receive a new site licence agreement for 25 years from the manufacturer date of your holiday home.
What if my holiday home has decking?
Decking is not included within either Move On package.
If your holiday home has existing decking, speak to our team about the options available for its removal, transportation and refitting. Any associated costs would be payable separately.
Is there an age limit on holiday homes?
Yes. Unfortunately, if your holiday home is over 10 years old, we are unable to relocate it onto Oaklands Park.
